For example, when I play volleyball my arm (I believe it is actually the rotator cuff) can really begin to hurt (primarily indoors where we are hitting harder than outdoor). Thus, I would like to work on the rotator cuff muscles a bit to try and strengthen it up.
At the same point, I am wanting to strengthen the muscles I use for Archery in order to improve my accuracy. As many of the guys know, these are muscles you don't typically use and thus doing some extra work to strengthen them is a good thing.
I am looking forward to working out more and feeling better physically...as long as I can stay motivated to go to the gym.
BTW - I have to note that "Mr. Muscles" is not a name that I came up with for myself. I honestly don't believe the name fits me very well, but it is a brief nickname that I got

You didn't get it at VB - you got it at the Marie Sandvik Center. One of the ladies running the kitchen needed some help moving something heavy, and I guess you looked stronger than a woman holding a kid, so she yelled, "Hey, Mr. Muscles, I need some help with this!" That's the true story from a witness. I just enjoyed it so much that I bring it up when you miss a serve.
