Heard on the radio: "There are no sinners"

On the way in to work today, we had the radio station on a secular station. A woman had called in and this is what I heard (paraphrased):
"I grew up with a catholic background ... I do not believe there are any sinners .... "
I thought that to be a rather odd statement. Makes me wonder what she believes about someone who commits a murder. Is it all just right and wrong in each persons view? Sure, you may get arrested, but that doesn't make it a sin? Is there such a thing as sin? I hate to burst the woman's bubble, but I, along with everyone I know, happen to contradict this woman's statement since we are all sinners.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23.
Wanda and I proceeded to talk a bit about worldviews as well as the portion of the sermon on Sunday by Rick about spending time with unbelievers. It was a good conversation, although I must admit that I am not used to having face-to-face discussions with someone on the way to work.
