This coming weekend I am taking a group of guys up to my parent's farm for the second Annual Guys Weekend (that I have set up). To minimize the impact of us staying at my parents, we will all be camping outside. The main activity for the weekend is going to be fishing (at least 3 or 4 trips). Last year we had a lot of fun doing this and caught a lot of fish. At least one of our meals while there will be eating the fish we catch (so hopefully we catch something). We will have 2 boats and 7 people so it should work out pretty well. If I can convince my dad to go with us, then we may take out a paddle boat as well (which works really well in my opinion).
Another activity will be shooting guns. We will likely be shooting a few .22s, shotguns, and maybe a few rifles. We may also bring a few bows along so we can shoot them as well.
This is a fun and great opportunity for many of us as many of us don't have anywhere to be able to shoot the guns or a boat to be able to go fishing. I will pass along the results of the fishing trip when we get back. I am looking forward to a fun filled weekend.
